About the project
We are looking for an experienced DORA IT Analyst / Operational Resilience Expert to join a long-term project within an international organization in the financial sector.
The role focuses on DORA implementation, regulatory compliance assessment, and the areas of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity. We are looking for a Senior/SME-level professional who can translate regulatory requirements into actionable measures, assess existing solutions, and independently lead workshops with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret DORA requirements, including Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS),
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable measures, processes, and controls,
- Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements,
- Support Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) initiatives,
- Contribute to Operational Resilience and ICT Risk activities,
- Identify regulatory gaps, risks, and areas requiring remediation,
- Independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams,
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
Our requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience at Senior/SME level,
- Hands-on experience with DORA implementation – this is a key requirement,
- Strong knowledge of DORA and Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS),
- Previous experience within banking or another financial institution,
- Practical experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM),
- Experience with Crisis Management, ITSCM, and Operational Resilience,
- Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating regulatory compliance,
- Knowledge of Risk Management and IT Compliance,
- Experience independently leading workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various seniority levels,
- Very good command of English.
