You will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and maintaining problems related to CNC machinery in case of issue arises,
- Define Consumables and frequency assignment to ensure production continuity at the early stage of product validation,
- Interpreting project drawings to determine part specific requirements,
- Ensuring precision and quality to maintain high standards in the manufacturing proces,
- Collaborating with engineering team members to ensure CNC programs aligns with project requirements.
We require:
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or relevant field,
- Fluency in English,
- A minimum of 3 years of experience,
- Proven experience with CNC program designing, preparation, test and analysis for milling and turning machines from main global manufacturers,
- Strong knowledge of semiconductors, converter topologies, and EMC/PFC design principles,
- CNC Programming in practice,
- Experience in executing complex problem-solving techniques related to fabricating technical issues,
- Good understanding of statistical tools and validation/verification techniques,
- Experience of MES/SAP, GD&T will provision,
- Green or Black Belt 6 Sigma qualifications will be an advantage,
- Openness to work stationary on site in Skawina, the heart of our Partner’s medical factory.

Recruitment process steps:
