For our Client, a leader in e-commerce sales we are currently seeking for Sales Director:
General Job Duties:
Oversee revenue budget responsibility, driving success and growth in the Ecommerce Department
Develop the overall sales strategy of E-Commerce sales force
Ensuring corporate financial goals are met or exceeded
Stay current on industry news and changes as well as competitive models and features
Track actual performance against expectations and modify strategies in response
Build a strong team through ongoing feedback, support, and guidance with the goal of facilitating both business and personal growth
Set realistic goals and establish expectations; help team members improve sales and work quality
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Develop, review, monitor, and enforce policies, practices, and procedures that impact the organization
Consistently contribute strategic ideas and feedback to Retail Leadership
Meet and exceed customer expectations and demands
Lead the day-to-day activities of the E-Commerce team
Manage daily communications and ensure team success
Compose and conduct performance reviews
Ability to lead, develop, coach/train, and mentor peers or team members and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged
Make recommendations regarding hiring, promoting, and terminating
Required skills/qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience managing sales function in the Retail & E-Commerce channel
Experience developing and executing robust sales strategies. Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience leading and managing a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), knowledge of selling platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others a plus
Strong ability to strategically analyze data, think and execute on long-term action plans
Knowledge in all aspects of sales management, including but not limited to forecasting, goal setting, team planning, resource management, time management
Strong communication skills (written/verbal/interpersonal) and ability to build relationships internally and externally
