Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Build and promote our employer brand through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Create compelling employer branding content.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with innovative recruitment tools. Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be a plus.
- Fluent English. You will work in global team.
- Open to work 3 days in the office in Jankowo Gdańskie.
