Your responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control, and improve the systems adopted by BA and implemented in the Plant.
- Work under corporate coordination and contribute to the overall performance of the BA Group by providing inputs and informing about best practices in place at the plant.
- Support plant departments to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and support all departments in identifying corrective actions, ensuring adequate follow-up, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by detecting and addressing problems and exploring opportunities to optimize the performance of management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Energy, and others adopted by the company).
- Coordinate risk assessments and support plant areas in updating them (excluding H&S).
- Establish and ensure the fulfillment of monitoring plans.
- Develop and ensure the execution of drill plans.
- Verify the implementation of emergency plans at the plant.
- Prepare and communicate data to authorities in accordance with legislation.
- Investigate and analyze emergency situations.
- Investigate and analyze the causes of workplace accidents (excluding H&S).
- Assist food safety and energy teams in completing required activities.
Our requirements
- University degree.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
- MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS knowledge, preference given to ISO 9001, iso 14001, iso 50001 and Food Safety STD.
- Availability for travel (expected maximum 50% of the time).
