- 🔎 Looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Mysłowice, Poland, specializing in the production of hydraulic components.
Job Description:
- Operating various machinery, including hydraulic bending machines, car washes, industrial furnaces, drilling machines, and CNC milling machines.
- Making simple mathematical calculations.
- Completing technical documentation and entering data into the computer.
- Ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Preparing bar machines for operation.
- Transporting and loading materials.
- Supervising turning processes.
Position Requirements: We're looking for candidates who have:
- ✔️ Communicative level of English.
- ✔️ Ability to read technical drawings (preferred but not required).
- ✔️ Ability to make simple calculations (14.50−3.25=?)
- ✔️ Manual skills.
- ✔️ Ability to work standing for extended periods.
- ✔️ Good physical condition.
- ✔️ Ability to lift weights safely.
We Offer:
- ✅ Full-time Employment contract.
- ✅ Competitive salary starting from PLN 4500 gross/month, depending on skills and performance.
- ✅ Possibility to earn 4000-6000 net (depends on the working hours performed)
- ✅ Bonus for night shifts, days off, and holidays.
- Discretionary bonus:
- ✅ Meal subsidy of PLN 5/day.
- ✅ Housing subsidy of PLN 400 per month.
- ✅ Refund of the cost of a seasonal ticket for public transport.

Additional Information:
- Three shifts available: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
- Possibility of overtime and additional shifts (depends on company needs).
- We welcome applicants of all nationalities. Communicative English is required, and we facilitate work permits for foreign candidates.
