Why do we need you?
As a HR Administration Trainee you will be responsible for:
- Handling HR documentation and invoices,
- Supporting our HR specialists in day-to-day tasks,
- Working with Excel on a daily basis,
- Correspondence/packages registration and service,
- Assisting HR department with onboarding process.
- Student status of Administration, Management, Finance-related or similar studies,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
- Consistency, precision, attention to detail and ability to concentrate on recurrent tasks,
- Capacity to effectively prioritize, organize workload and work in a dynamic environment,
- Interpersonal skills and eagerness to work as a part of a team,
- Excellent Polish skills - written and spoken,
- Good command of English.
- Experience with handling documentation or invoices,
- Basic knowledge or interest in Labor Law,
- Organizational skills.
- Paid 6-month internship on a mandate contract,
- ¾ time work between Monday and Friday during standard office hours,
