Obowiązki
- Conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Inventory and document all business applications/software, including purpose, owners, users, licensing, integrations, infrastructure, and support arrangements.
- Map applications/software from the acquired company to the existing enterprise application/software portfolio.
- Assess functional overlap, duplication, and opportunities for consolidation.
- Identify business-critical applications and dependencies.
- Produce software rationalization recommendations, including retain, replace, retire, or consolidate options.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams to validate findings.
- Present recommendations and executive summaries to IT leadership.
- Support the development of the post-acquisition application integration roadmap.
Wymagania
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures from an IT perspective.
- Strong application portfolio assessment and rationalization experience.
- Experience documenting application/software landscapes and dependencies.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and governance.
- Understanding of SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid application environments.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) concepts.
- Understanding of software licensing and vendor management.
- Awareness of cybersecurity and compliance considerations when assessing applications.
- Experience producing architecture diagrams, inventories, and executive reports.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced integration environment.
