Your responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Drive business process improvement initiatives across multiple teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Perform data-driven analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and project teams
- Support the implementation of process improvements and organizational changes
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
Our requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
- Experience working in large, complex organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and IT teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Ability to perform data-driven analysis and translate findings into business improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in Financial Accounting
- Experience with Traded Financial Instruments
- Experience in the Liquidity domain
- Experience within banking or financial services
