About the project
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner – Enterprise Directory Services to join the Digital Infrastructure Portfolio within the Digital Workplace domain.
In this strategic global role, you will own and drive the evolution of Enterprise Directory Services, including On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) landscapes.
You will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and seamless authentication and identity services that enable thousands of employees and business applications worldwide. Working closely with global stakeholders, architects, and technology partners, you will define the product strategy, manage the product backlog, and drive continuous improvements aligned with business priorities.
Your responsibilities
- Own the global Enterprise Directory Services product, including On-Premises Active Directory and connected Microsoft Entra ID tenants across IT and OT environments.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business value and ensure efficient product delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and user-friendly identity services.
- Ensure high availability, security, and operational excellence of authentication and directory platforms.
- Lead financial governance for Directory Services, including: annual budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX management, cost optimization, service chargeback oversight, contribution to long-term (5-year) financial planning.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across global business functions, including Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Global Information Security, regional Digital & Technology hubs, and business application teams.
- Work closely with Product Architects and Enterprise Architecture teams to define architectural standards, technology roadmaps, and secure operational practices.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to foster a high-performing Agile product team.
- Identify, evaluate, and introduce innovative technologies that enhance the Enterprise Directory Services ecosystem.
- Prepare business cases supporting strategic technology investments and global transformation initiatives.
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar leadership role within Enterprise Infrastructure or Identity Services.
- Proven leadership experience managing Enterprise Directory Services in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading global cross-functional teams, including both internal employees and external service providers.
- Strong track record in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new technologies supported by formal global business cases and financial analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of: On-Premises Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID Enterprise Identity & Access Management concepts
- Experience working across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior executives.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing Product Backlogs.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
- Experience working with global technology vendors and strategic partners.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
