Opis stanowiska
Currently, on behalf of our client in Norway, we are recruiting for the position of:
CARPENTER / SHUTTERING CARPENTER (m/f/d)
Main duties:
- Construction and assembly of modular houses
- General carpentry work, timber element assembly, and structural framing
- Traditional and system formwork installation
- Installation of drywall panels, doors, and windows
- Assembly work following project documentation and technical blueprints
- Quality control of performed work
- Adhering strictly to HSE rules and health and safety regulations at the job site
Wymagania
Candidate requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in carpentry or formwork
- Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings
- Intermediate English language skills (B1 level minimum)
- Valid Category B driver's license welcome
- Prior work experience in Scandinavia is a plus
Oferujemy
Hourly rates:
- Carpenters: 280 NOK – 295 NOK gross / hour
- Shuttering Carpenters: 300 NOK – 330 NOK gross / hour
- Employment package & benefits:
- Legal contract under Norwegian labor regulations (initial contract for 2 weeks with the option of extension)
- Comprehensive Norwegian social security system, OTP (occupational pension), and local taxation compliance
- 12% Norwegian holiday pay (Feriepenger)

- NOK 500 Rema 1000 gift card after the first week of work and upon starting each new project
- Flight ticket reimbursement up to NOK 1,500 after the first contract extension and a positive client evaluation
- Additional NOK 1,000 bonus after completing 200 work hours if the original ticket cost exceeded NOK 2,500
- Transport cost reimbursement as agreed
- Assistance with acquiring a D-number, tax registration, and travel logistics
- Complete set of required work tools and safety equipment provided
