Obowiązki
- Machine operation: Operating various machines and systems in the sawmill and ensuring a smooth production process
- Lumber quality control: Assessing wood quality, sorting according to specified criteria, and maintaining consistently high standards
- Forklift operation: Safe and efficient transport of sawn timber and packages using a forklift
- Log yard duties: Operating a wheel loader in the log yard when required
Wymagania
- Experience with wood: Ideally, you have experience working with wood; training in the wood industry is an advantage but not required
- Technical understanding: You have good technical skills and operate machines responsibly and carefully
- Forklift license: Valid forklift license with practical experience
- Team spirit & reliability: Careful working style, hands-on mentality, and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and support a 2-shift system during the season
- German language skills for internal communication
- Driver’s license category B and own car
Oferujemy
- The minimum wage according to the collective agreement is €14.27 gross per hour, plus statutory allowances
