An international brand of e-commerce solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager that will manage end-to-end projects, develop the online-shop business in Europe, mostly Poland and ensure the business efficiency and scalability.


Position overview: 
  • Managing e-commerce projects: planning, schedules, resources, task delegation, risk assessments and budget responsibility;
  • Cooperating with marketing and management team to develop, improve and maintain e-commerce shops;
  • Managing IT projects;
  • Deciding on main goals and its completion;
  • Launching new projects and initiatives with the organizations;
  • Deciding on the project work scope;
  • Recruiting IT specialists;
  • Managing risk factors and undertaking mitigation actions;
  • Developing growing plans, long term strategies.

 

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Solid (+ 3 years) experience on Project Manager position;
  • Proven track record of delivering eCommerce solutions;
  • Proficient knowledge of Magento;
  • Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

Experience and/or vast understanding of the following areas: website usability, user interface design, website search and navigation, SEO, web analytics, Mobile technologies, Jira, Basecamp, retail business.
