Customer Support SuperHero with English OR French
- Providing customers with a precious knowledge;
- Striving to become a SuperHero of customer care;
- Helping individual customers and other team members;
- Reporting the customers’ issues in the system;
- Support of the project building;
- Proficient English OR French;
- Ability to communicate in English
- Availability to work right away (the training starts in June 2016)
