I give my consent to the processing of my personal data in other recruitment processes carried out by the company SGP Sorting Group Poland Sp. z o.o. At the same time we hereby inform you that consents are voluntary, however failure to give the consent as to item 1 will prevent us from using your personal data in current recruitment process (to the position specified in the message subject). We would like to inform you that the Data Controller of your personal data is SGP Sorting Group Poland Sp. z o.o., address: 42-202 Częstochowa, ul. Legionów 92. The Controller has appointed the Data Protection Officer who you can reach at the Data Controller's registered office or by e-mail: iodo@sgpgroup.eu. Personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) for the recruitment process. Providing data is voluntary, however failure to provide personal data prevents the purpose - recruitment to the outlined position. Recipients of your personal data are entities commissioning the recruitment process to the Data Controller and the entities from the SGP Group. At the consent of the candidates, following the recruitment process completion, personal data will be processed by the Data Controller in next recruitment processes. Your personal data will be processed by the period not longer than 3 years of providing consent to data processing. You have the right to access to your personal data, rectify data, delete data or restrict data processing, transfer data or and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office. Decisions concerning carrying out and the result of the recruitment process will not be made in an automated manner.
