Senior/Junior HR Customer Care Representative with Hebrew language

Responsibilities:
• Applying HR guidelines and interpretations to help resolve complex Employee Services issues
• Interacting in Hebrew language with external customers, dealing with sensitive issues
• Providing and role model outstanding customer service in Hebrew
• Managing tasks independently, demonstrating a strong commitment to an interactive global team

Qualifications
• Fluency in Hebrew and very good English language skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly in fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and well-organized
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to establish priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite will be an asset
• EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP OR PERMISSION TO WORK IN POLAND IS A MUST
