Customer Care Specialist (Czech/Slovak language)

Our Client based in Cracow is currently looking for Customer Care Specialist with Czech/Slovak

Scoper of activities:
- Answer customers' inqiries about usage our Client's platform
- Coordination of system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints 
- Provide training for key users and ensure the continuous support of the users of our systems 
- Creation of expense analysis for the desired customer requirements in close collaboration with our development team - - Responsibility for an open and smooth exchange of information with our customers 
- Establish and maintain customer relations 
- Implementation of various marketing and sales activities 
- Consulting Carrier processes and provides right Client's solutions e.g. Interfaces, mobile app
- Fluent language skills in Czech/Slovak, English and Polish 
- Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet) 
- Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP will be an asset 
- Organizational skills and initiative 
- Fast technical comprehension 
- A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability 
- First experiences in a similar job and on a Czech market would be an advantage
