  • maintaining excellent relationship with clients and partners,
  • creating and maintaining a good company image,
  • providing help with PC game code activation,
  • solving payment problems,
  • technical advice regarding the applications and codes offered by the company,
  • collecting, processing and reporting client opinion regarding company services,
  • shiftwork (24/7),


  • very good command of English,
  • very good command of other languages would be an additional asset: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Japanese,
  • extraordinary communication and language skills,
  • great knowledge of the gaming industry and e-commerce would be very welcome,
  • able to work in a group,
  • constant desire to develop and the ability to solve unusual issues,
  • capable of working individually,
