F&A Transition Project Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participates in or leads a group of activities/resources within F&A Transition and Transformation projects under the supervision of the Project Lead.
  • Execute assigned tasks within the project (s) in order to meet project objectives within the expected dates, budget and quality.
  • Effectively applies projects methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Analyses, documents and redesigns global financial and accounting processes of the client to achieve a complete transition of the assigned F&A processes. 
  • Provides support in pre-sales activities and presentations to prospect Clients.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in a Finance area related studies.
  • 3 years experience working on large scale projects preferably F&A transitions, management consulting or BPO projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and another European language, ideally French/German/Italian.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, organization and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work with people of different levels of the organization.
