Information Security Analyst

Primary Role

Member of team that is responsible for functions necessary for the central, global administration, management, monitoring of rights, managing access to objects, maintenance, and operation of the entire ACS Client environment.  Work within the ACS/Xerox Access and Identity Management team and coordinate with other cross-functional infrastructure teams to provide primary operations support for CISO AIM Security Services (IDM, Authentication and Federation).

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for the completion of operational obligations and project goals such as (not exhaustive):
    • Monitoring / Reporting /Audit responsibilities
    • Processes to support object life cycle requirements
    • LDAP Directory maintenance
    • Architectural health of LDAP Directory (schema, OU structure, etc.)
    • Change management
    • Incident and Problem management, including RCA
    • Disaster Recovery testing support
    • Maintenance of lab and development environments
  • Primary party responsible for engineering activities related to the introduction of new software, integration with other applications and groups, changes in processor architectural changes related to environments or applications supported by the team
  • Support for NovellIdentity Manager application supporting IAM Operations functions

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience

  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Project Management skill levels sufficient for the understanding and implementation of within-team and cross-functional projects
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand complex relationships between components of multi-tiered and distributed systems related to IDM and Authentication Services.
  • Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a user-focused technical-support environment
  • ITIL Foundations knowledge
  • 1+ years scripting experience (e.g. PERL, AWK, etc) a plus

Qualifications Work Environment

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field is desired
  • Available for off-hours escalations as 2nd and 3rd tier of on-call support
  • Little to no travel required (< 10%)
