Your responsibilities

  • Management of daily Sales Support operations in cooperation with the Manager.
  • Leading, developing, and supporting the Sales Support team which is providing services to the subsidiaries within the DACH region.
  • Creating process documentation and reviewing desktop procedures.
  • Driving results for all sales support activities and ensuring proper reporting.
  • Active monitoring of the KPIs and ensuring their fulfillment.
  • Change management and driving process improvements within the Team.
  • Supporting the Team with expert knowledge.
  • Engaging in any external/internal audit activities.

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in economics or related studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Good knowledge of Order Management, Customer Care or Supply chain would be an asset.
  • Good communication skills in English (oral and written skills).
  • Good communication skills in German (oral and written skills) will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in working in a business center, within a complex and international environment.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% at the office and 60% from home in week).
