Your responsibilities
- Yacht Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of assigned yachts, including navigation, maintenance, logistics, and supplies.
- Crew Management: Recruit, manage, and support the crew, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of service and performance.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for yacht owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards. Plan and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to comply with international regulations (ISM, ISPS, MLC, etc.).
- Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for yacht operations, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
- Safety and Risk Management: Ensure all safety protocols are in place and adhered to, manage risk assessments, and oversee the implementation of emergency response procedures.
- Logistics and Planning: Manage yacht itineraries, charter schedules, marina bookings, and all logistical arrangements for smooth yacht operations
Our requirements
- Experience in yacht management or the charter industry
- Experience in crew management, including solving personnel problems and planning work schedules
- Technical experience or technical education to understand and supervise yacht service and maintenance work
- Knowledge of yacht charter laws and regulations
- Ability to cooperate in an international team and achieve goals together
- Organizational skills and ability to manage the calendar and details of yachts
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages
