About the project
We are looking for a Test Analyst to join a dedicated team working on an exciting project in collaboration with our business users. The role involves a variety of manual testing responsibilities, including preparing test scenarios, conducting workshops, and coordinating tests with business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be part of a small but dynamic 3-person team and will work closely with business users, analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the quality of the delivered product.
Location: Poznań, Poland (On-site)
Your responsibilities
- Prepare test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Create test data required for testing activities.
- Organize and lead testing workshops with business end-users.
- Coordinate testing activities executed by business end-users.
- Perform manual testing on web, desktop, and mobile applications.
- Report test results and document findings.
- Verify and validate bugs found by business end-users.
- Conduct retests of identified issues.
- Collaborate closely with business end-users, business analysts, architects, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain test documentation and post-project documentation.
Our requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into test cases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Proficiency in Confluence and Jira.
- Experience in writing test scenarios and understanding test methodologies.
- Solid understanding of different types of tests: Functional Testing, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Experience working directly with business end-users.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing (web, desktop, mobile applications).
- Experience in coordinating and conducting test workshops.
