Your responsibilities
- Build and implement fraud prevention and risk management frameworks tailored to the U.S. market.
- Monitor real-time transactions and player behavior to detect suspicious activity,
- Investigate chargebacks, bonus abuse, and escalate fraud cases as needed.
- Oversee secure and efficient payment workflows and integrations.
- Work closely with payment service providers to resolve issues and improve service.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure KYC/AML adherence.
- Analyze fraud and payment trends to inform strategy and reporting.
- Own and document operational policies and processes for internal and regulatory use.
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud, or Payments within the iGaming or the online sweepstakes casino industry.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection tools, risk management, and payment systems.
- Hands-on experience with chargebacks, suspicious activity monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and responsible gaming standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, customer support, and finance teams.
- Experience working in Sweepstake Casinos or the online gambling market, real money gaming.
- Familiarity with emerging payment technologies and alternative payment methods.
- Previous involvement in building risk/fraud teams or systems from scratch.
