About the project
Reimagining the audit profession. By leveraging Microsoft’s emerging AI technology, we’re building the first AI agent-powered audit platform that will fundamentally change how our audits work, while enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms
- Optimization of existing AI models
- Data analysis and creation of new predictive models
- Collaboration with a team of programmers and data analysts
- Monitoring and correcting AI systems in real time
- Maintaining and updating existing AI solutions
- Ensuring high quality code and technical documentation
- Implementing AI best practices and trends
Our requirements
- Strong expertise in Python.
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Experience with multi-agent libraries/frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave is a plus.
- Experience in document intelligence with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (other cloud platforms and their AI services is a plus).
- Experience with version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
