Praca Recruitment Consultant with Ukrainian or/and Russian

You main responsibilities:

• source, identify and develop candidates through multiple channels including online resources such as interbal/external job boards and associations, social/professional networking sites etc. 
• managing the whole recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage 
• meeting and evaluate the candidates for each positions depending on the requriments of the client
• build and maintain proactive relationships with candidates 
• proactively conduct research and investigate innovative ways to identify new candidates

We are looking for:

• active individuals with recruitment or HR experience and excellent networking skills 
• committed to build strong client and candidate relationships
• excellent knowledge of Ukrainian (min. C1) 
• excellent knowledge of English
• target and sales oriented professionals with the ability to motivate themselves to succeed through systematic actions
• excellent communication skills 
• working in recruitment company or HR department will be an asset
• knowledge of Polish will be an asset
