A person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Performing standard procurement activities and clarifying operational issues
  • Indexing and processing invoices
  • Preparing payment proposal and processing the payment
  • Handling with suppliers and clients requests
  • Analyzing reports, statements and various documentations

 

Requirements:

  • University degree (Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or Supply Chain Management will be an asset)
  • Fluent German or French and good English
  • More than one year of work experience in a multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication and presentation competencies
  • Problem solving and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
