Your responsibilities
- Full responsibility and ownership for planning and execution of either machining, welding/surface treatment or assembly/testing technology implementation projects in time, cost, and quality
- Specification and procurement of new equipment or modification/upgrading of relocation equipment
- Arrangement of all accompanying set-ups for efficient and QHSE-compliant work center layout in collaboration with responsible functions in organization
- Full responsibility and ownership for ramp-up of related, defined part portfolio
- Definition and organization of required internal and external trainings
- Management of interdependencies with various stakeholders
- Monitoring project progression, resolving any issues
- Continuous improvement of technologies
- Close alignment and collaboration with other production sites and global production team
Our requirements
- Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean or Business Administration (Preferably technical degree)
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Profound knowledge in at least one manufacturing technology such as machining, welding, surface treatment or assembly
- Basic knowledge in the field of stainless or carbon steel processing - milling, turning, welding, bending, surface treatments, galvanic
- Analytical and communication skills and a target-oriented team player
- Knowledge of technical and assembly drawing
- Experience in working with international teams
- Openness to travel
- Experience with SAP and data analysis
- Fluent in English, German will be a plus
