Obowiązki
- Creating verification and validation documentation, including plans, procedures, and requirements, as well as actively participating in new product quotations as part of a multi‑competency team
- Participating in and/or leading NPIs
- Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information
- Developing and designing robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve manufacturing processes
- Analyzing and evaluating existing systems and processes, identifying value‑added and non‑value‑added activities
- Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs
- Preparing work instructions, process descriptions, and operator guides
- Identifying opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production
- Analyzing technical documentation in terms of technical feasibility (DFM)
- Training staff on new processes and providing instructions and manuals
- Participating in the management of special processe
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience
- Ability to work independently or in a cross functional environment
- Very good English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitasking
- Strong CAD capabilities: Zuken, Solid Edge, AutoCAD
