ROLE:
- Supporting verbal translations for app users in daily matters,
- Answering calls and conducting interpretation,
- Speaking clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation and polite expressions,
- Maintaining a professional attitude throughout the call at all times,
- Remaining calm during calls in the event, especially in emergency situations,
- Understanding terminology for various industries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent level of FRENCH
- Intermediate English,
- Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation,
- Education or previous work experience in fields such as teaching, language assessment, translation or interpretation - will be an asset,
