Praca L1 Support Engineer with German

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to all enterprise customers
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce customer technical issues
  • Provide quick and accurate handling of support interactions
  • Follow up with customers making sure they are satisfied with the resolution
  • Receive implementation bookings from sales and customers
  • Be responsible for setup and installation of technical systems and applications
  • Work directly with the client to manage initial access and transfer data
  • Walk the customer through activation of the application
  • Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems
  • Introduce new features of the application
  • Respond promptly to escalations
  • Manage customer experience to maintain high satisfaction

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Graduate of courses related to Information Technology
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical position
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches
  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, SIP, PBX
  • Certification in Microsoft/Linux/Cisco would be a huge asset
  • Experience supporting SaaS products
  • Ability to work efficiently with customers
