GL Main responsibilities:

Providing services within General Ledger
Contact with external and internal clients
Identifying potential process improvements
Preparing daily accounting and processing work following policies and procedures
Performing monthly and periodic reconciliation and reporting requirements
Participation in interesting department projects

AP Main responsibilities

Providing services within Accounts Payable
Contact with external and internal clients
Invoice processing
Checking the correctness of documents
Participation in the month-end closing
Preparing daily accounting and processing work following policies and procedures
Participation in department projects (e.g. process optimization, process transitions, new systems & tools implementation)

AR Main responsibilities:

Providing services within Accounts Receivable
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Requirements:

Minimum one year of experience in the adequate field (preferably gained in the SSC/BPO sector)
Relevant educational background is desirable
Very good knowledge of English (at least B2) or another foreign language
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to cooperate in the global work environment
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
