Obowiązki
- Supporting Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) within your scope
- Performing Defects per Unit (DpU) and External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional teams
- Supporting decisions for Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) with veto rights on NO GO decisions when necessary
- Stopping production for mandatory reasons such as safety concerns
- Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
- Leading First Article Reviews (FAR) and participating in First Mounted Reviews (FMR) and Serial Mounted Reviews (SMR)
- Managing and ensuring the availability of the Car History Book and product compliance before shipping
- Managing Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting their closure using problem-solving methodologies
- Participating in customer inspections
- Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection processes
- Managing and performing Workstation Dynamic Checklists and audits
- Performing or participating in product inspections when required
Wymagania
- Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field;
- Experience or understanding of quality control processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC);
- Familiarity with Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis);
- Good command of English (B2);
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
