Which competencies are we looking for?

  • Very good knowledge of GL/RtR processes
  • Min. 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Fluent English or French skills (min. B2/C1)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationship across various stakeholders
  • Team-oriented attitude with  strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an advantage

What will be your scope of duties?

  • Managing the period/quarter/year end processes
  • Supporting preparation of Financial Statements and other reports
  • Performing analyses of accounts and highlighting discrepancies for corrections
  • Initiating and leading process improvements
  • Identifying and resolving problems
  • Cooperating with various stakeholders
  • Acting as first point of escalation for process-related items within the team, resolving or escalating issues timely and effectively
  • Ensuring delivery of training in the area of expertise and proper execution of hand-over procedure within team
  • Working for European companies within the Group
