Employer Branding Coordinator (Poland & international markets)


Key responsibilities:

  • Cordination of Employer Branding (EB) activities in close cooperation with the Recruitment and Consulting teams
  • Attracting high potential Polish-speakers studying and/or graduating at top universities in Poland and Western Europe
  • Managing mentoring programs, conferences, networking events, workshops in Poland and abroad
  • Executing the Social Media (SM) strategy and creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Developing and deploying promotional materials
  • Managing EB budget

Major requirements:

  • Several years of EB and SM experience in an international environment
  • Experience in the professional services sector
  • University degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and flexibility
  • Full professional fluency in Polish and English
