Your responsibilities
- Advising and supporting customers during their trial;
- Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages;
- Cross-selling customers onto other products;
- Correctly tracking actions within Salesforce or other reporting documents as directed by team leaders;
- Occasional support at events where the Company is in attendance.
Our requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce);
- Full professional proficiency in German;
- Understanding that to sell you need to communicate a lot with a client (via any channel);
- Sales skills;
- Communication skills (you need to talk to your prospective clients);
- Negotiation skills or the willingness to obtain them.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach;
- E-commerce experience;
- SaaS experience.
