YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Customers’ needs over the phone/e-mail
- Resolve Customer requests and responding to questions
- Processing orders of services and products
- Delivering high quality standard service
- Cooperation with all company departments for efficient and comprehensive customer service
EXPECTATIONS:
- Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) good knowledge of English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Being smart user of MS Office products
- Pro-active, creative and ’can-do’ positive attitude
- A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge
