Yes, there are many opportunities across the business! Our placements can be found throughout our offices in Europe and if needed we can help you relocate.
What are the hours of work?
Our standard working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday. We believe in flexible working so that you can manage your personal commitments.
Who has access to my data once I have applied?
Only the Mobica recruitment team.
How long will it take to process an application?
We review applications on an ongoing basis. We will endeavour to let you know how your application is progressing within one week of applying.
How will you get in touch with me?
We will keep in touch with you regarding the status of your application either by email or phone.
Will I be working away from the office?
Some of our customers like to have an involvement therefore travelling to their sites may be required. We cover all costs for work related travel. Allowances are granted according to the length of the trip and the location of the project.
When will vacancies be open?
At Mobica we don't like restrictions! Applications are always open to everyone.
When would the graduate scheme start?
Mobica has several intakes depending on business demands, however we are constantly growing and as such demand in business is doing the same! Start dates will be confirmed at the interview stage.
Do you accept applications from international students?
Yes, we accept applications from students worldwide, and are happy to help support engineers with their relocation to Mobica.
If I am unsuccessful, can I apply again?
You may apply again but you will have to wait another 6 months. This will give you time to grow as an engineer and come back even stronger!
I only want to work in a certain location. Can I still apply for a role?
Our engineering roles may require geographical mobility. We therefore need engineers to be flexible about where they work. This helps ensure the best possible opportunities for you. How quickly can I progress through the Engineering career path? This is dependent on your performance and capabilities. If you show us you’re capable of the next grade then we won't hesitate to promote you!
Can I work on a variety of projects?
Yes, you can! We work with our customers on a variety of different technologies and platforms on a daily basis. This provides you with the opportunity to develop different technical skills on cutting edge projects.
Can I work in different offices?
Yes, you have the opportunity to work in different Mobica offices/customer sites if the project allows. You will be hired to work in one particular Mobica office, depending on the role you apply for. You will, however, have the opportunity to work in different customer sites if the project you’re working on allows.
What non-engineering roles do you offer?
We offer a variety of roles ranging from Administrative positions through Project management and Sales roles. So if an engineering role is not for you, we may still have something appropriate for the next step in your career!
What sales roles do you offer?
Our sales force offers many different positions! As a New Business Executive you will be finding new companies for us to work with and generating leads for our Senior Salespeople. Business Development Managers carry leads on and turn them into wins and Account Managers support and sell more services into our biggest customers and finally, as a Sales Manager you will be trying to get wins, as well as ensuring your team is working to the best of its ability! The opportunities for progression are excellent! As a salesperson you will be working within one of our market sectors which include Automotive, Emerging Markets, Silicon and the USA sector.
Is there progression within sales?
Yes, there is! Lots of it! You can start off as a New Business Executive and progress to become a Business Development Manager, Account Manager or even a Sales Manager, depending on your performance and capabilities.
Is there commission within sales?
Yes, we have a very competitive and rewarding commission scheme which is uncapped!
Will I need technical knowledge to work in a non-engineering division?
No, you will receive full training upon gaining your role which will give you a well-rounded understanding of Mobica’s technical background. We have a team trained to give new recruits a great understanding of everything they need to know!
