Sales Support Assistant CEE (6-month contract)

Hitachi Medical Systems Europe is one of the leading European suppliers of superior medical imaging and radiology equipment. Currently, to support our sales operations in the region, we are looking for a candidate to be based in our Warsaw’s office, who has a high level of interest, commitment and motivation.
The successful candidate will be assisting to and working directly with our General Manager for Eastern Europe on his daily activities and projects. This newly created position is limited for 6-months, however there may be an option for its long-term extension after the initial period.
- Preferably graduate or last year student of economics/management with some experience and interest in multicultural business environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish
- Confident with your analytical and organisational skills
- Open minded, entrepreneurial and good communicator
- Well organised, accurate and you can work well under time pressure and stress
- Process & efficiency improvement oriented
- Experienced in MS Office tools like Excel and Powerpoint
