Customer service representative with Russian and Ukrainian

 

Job description:

  • Supporting Ukrainian and Russian speaking customers via telephone and e-mail;
  • Representing the company by providing the highest quality service;
  • Reporting customers’ issues in the system;

 

Our expectations:

  • Proficiency in both Russian and Ukrainian (speaking and writing);
  • At least intermediate English skills;
  • Excellent time managing skills;
  • Highly developed soft skills;
  • Customer service experience is most welcome but not required;
