Description of your role:

You will have a leading responsibility throughout all stages of the talent acquisition process of our future teams, providing an excellent service to both our hiring managers and our potential future talent. You will have the autonomy to grow and develop your business and your personal brand within the company.

You have the freedom to use creative ways to source, headhunt and match candidates to our internal vacancies. Using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques you will attract the best talent for our offices in Krakow and Dublin.


  • Handle end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal candidates
  • Run talent acquisition projects together with the hiring managers
  • Create and advise on talent acquisition strategies
  • Source candidates via telephone and through various social media channels
  • Provide candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews
  • Update job boards, post vacancies online via our in-house recruitment system
  • Screen and short list CV's for all vacancies
  • Identify active methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods
  • Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes
  • Handle recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking

Essentials for this job:

  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Happy to be in touch with talented candidates over the phone
  • Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Willpower, drive and desire to be successful
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean, X-ray
  • Ability to influence clients and hiring managers

Here is what you can expect from us:

  • We review the CV for 5 days, after that we inform you about the results by mail or by phone
  • Before an onsite interview be ready to have a phone chat and psychometric test (this can be done from home)
  • After the onsite interview, we will let you know the results of the interview
