For our Client, global, prestigious pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking:


Administration Coordinator
Based in Warsaw

Duties:

  • Daily cooperation with General Manager and HR Director
  • Managing Executives’ calendar
  • Communication on the behalf of the Board
  • Preparing meeting minutes during meetings of the Management
  • Organizing Executives’ travels
  • Organizing events for the Management
  • Managing office and reception desk 

Requirements:

  • Fluent command of English (C1/C2 level)
  • Experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point
  • High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Writing skills
  • Proactive approach and genuine willingness to support the team
