Experienced chef required to work as a sous chef in the restaurant of a lovely 4 star hotel based next to a large natural lake in Scotland.
You will be responsible for the local and international cusine cooked for guests and events such as weddings.
Must be capable of organising your work load, rotating stock, understand and creating menus.
Salary: £22,000 per year.
Staff accommodation available for only 30pw.
Must be able to start quickly and have excellent references.
