Our client is leading, international manufacturer of mounting accessories for aluminum, machinery and equipment. With 20 years of traditions and subsidiaries in Europe, China and the USA they are knows as a reliable supplier and partner for customers.

We are looking for highly sales oriented, communicative candidates with technical knowledge and strong, pro-active personality for position:

What will be your tasks:

  • Building and developing company’s market position in Poland,
  •  Actively looking for new business opportunities with clients
  •  Building business relations with existing and potential clients
  •  Coordinating meetings with customers
  •  Monitoring market, current industry trends and new developments
  •  Recognizing clients needs and monitoring satisfaction
  •  Achieving business targets set by Employer
  •  Cooperating with a co-workers from Internal Sales
  •  Creating sales reports to the superior

What are the requirements:

  • Technical / engineering degree
  •  Prior direct sales experience (min. 4 years in a similar role)
  •  Experience from machine building industry
  •  Previous exposure to the Automotive sector or experience with aluminum profile system is a plus
  •  Advanced English is a must
  •  Valid driving license cat. B
  •  Loyality, readliness to travel up 80% percent of working time
  •  Pro-active highly sales oriented person
  •  Strong interpersonal skills (presentation, negotiation)
  •  Goal oriented, stress resistant, structured and autonomous personality
