HR Generalist




For our Client – an international company, we are looking for the best Candidate for the position:


                           HR Generalist




Your qualifications:


  • Master Degree – preferably in Law
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law and Contract Law
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience in setting up business processes and systems
  • 2+ years of experience in working in Supply Chain environment
  • Professional experience in processing  payrolls in an international environment
  • Very good written and spoken command of English, any other foreign language will be an asset
  • Analytical skills, problem solving and detail orientated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player with good communication skills


Your role:

  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of high quality HR support to managers and employees
  • Managing effective workforce administration, covering onboarding, employee lifecycle and exits
  • Providing advisory to managers in compensation, legal queries and other HR processes area
  • Assist the HR Business Partner Team located in Brussels
  • Assisting in drafting of contracts and contractual documents
  • Support in managing administrative processes
