Turn Over Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Aim of the position: Supervision of the systems preparation process for turnover to commissioning in cooperation with the Construction personnel as per TPSD.
Key responsibilities:
• Reporting to Superintendent. Supervision of the systems preparation process for turnover to commissioning in cooperation with the Construction personnel as per TPSD;
• Collect from construction personnel progress of installation, quality inspections and engineering activities on the site to meet the delivery deadline for relevant STP pursuant to TPSD under his responsibility;
• Cooperate with the construction personnel in instructing the contractors regarding STP preparation and preparation of inputs and elaboration of input documents for partial STP for contractors and submission of preliminary STP version to CTC;
• Ensure the removal of the non-accepted incomplete items and other discrepancies found during the inspection before turnover of systems to commissioning, coordinate corrective actions.

Tasks:
• Supervision of the systems preparation process for turnover to commissioning in cooperation with the Construction personal as per TPSD;
• Takeover of TPSD documents from CTC;
• Collect from construction personal, progress of installation, quality inspections and engineering activities on the site to meet the delivery deadline for relevant STP pursuant to TPSD under his responsibility;
• Attending the Kick-off-meeting organized by the Commissioning Manager for the turnover purpose;
• Cooperate with the construction personnel in instructing the contractors regarding STP preparation;
• Collaborate in the preparation of inputs and elaboration of input documents for partial STP for contractors
• Ensure that STP considers the boundaries defined in TPSD;
• Help Superintendent in the Submission of preliminary STP version to CTC after review with T/O Manager
• Participation in the inspection of systems before their turnover to commissioning; 
• Participation in the meeting after inspection of systems before their turnover to commissioning to discuss the inspection findings;
• Ensure the removal of the non-accepted incomplete items and other discrepancies found during the inspection before turnover of systems to commissioning, coordinate corrective actions;
• Supersivion of the overall defect removal process including preparation of all required lists
• Cooperate with the Turnover Manager for the definition of deadlines given by CTC for removal defects / incomplete items.
• Handover of original STP for archiving

Requirements:

Qualification: University degree in Engineering
Experience: at least 4 - 5 years of same or similar working experience; 
• Computer literacy - MS Office, technical sense and logical thinking.
• Personal characteristics: Precise, detail oriented, very well organized
• Languages: Very good command of both written and spoken English language is required.
