Customer Services Specialist with Czech or Slovak (English and Polish)

EPSN Workforce Poland for our Client from Cracow is looking for: Customer Care Specialist Czech/Slovak Speaker

Main duties:

 Answer customers’ inquiries about usage of Client’s platform

 Coordination of system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints

 Provide training for key users and ensure the continuous support of the users of our systems

 Creation of expense analysis for the desired customer requirements in close collaboration with our development team

 Responsibility for an open and smooth exchange of information with our customers

 Establish and maintain customer relations

 Implementation of various marketing and sales activities

 Consulting Carrier processes and provides right Client solutions e.g. Interfaces, mobile app

Main requirements:

 Fluent language skills in Czech/Slovak, English and Polish

 Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)

 Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP will be an asset

 Organizational skills and initiative

 Fast technical comprehension

 A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability

 First experiences in a similar job and on a Czech market would be an advantage
