As a customer-centric, relationship-driven partner you will be responsible for building and managing the sales department. You will take leadership position for organizing and maximizing sales of our e-commerce product. We are looking for a commercially aware Sales Manager with strong background in client acquisition. The position is field based with flexible working hours and environment.

Build a marketing and sales strategy together with the management.

Generate leads and convert them into opportunities and revenue streams within a targeted customer portfolio.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients.

Collect and report market intelligence on customers, competitors, partners on a regular basis through constant networking and presence in the field.

Actively create and sustain brand awareness and identity for Sunny Look Media in the target markets by initiating, managing and supporting customer events and other marketing and branding activities.

Identify and achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Get active feedback from clients and identify new revenue sources.

Build and develop new markets and networks.

Train and build a sales team all over Switzerland.


Excellent Social and Communication skills.

Positive attitude and energetic go-getter who can sustain pressure and market conditions.

2-3 years of proven success in Sales and Business Development in a leadership role.

Strong background in software, e-commerce product selling with experience dealing directly with companies.

Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans.

Experience in working with multi-element revenue models which include both one time and recurring revenue streams, and which may include multiple products.

Should have extensive network of contacts and preferably potential clients.

Is analytical and keeps up to date with market and technology trends including social media.

Professional Training and Certification.

Fluent in Swiss German and English. Nice to have French and Italian.

Ready to travel all over Switzerland.

Good IT Knowledge and computer skills.
