Job Description


Atos Consulting helps their customers within the area of sustainable performance improvement. Successful performance improvement needs a professional deployment and sustainable implementation in our clients company.


Organizational change management drives the complete transformation of a company both in a digital and non-digital area. Our OCM approach provides methodologies for organizational change management as well as rollout management.

In the specific area of organizational change management we are looking for young talents and experienced consultants to join our global practice.


Scope of the role is to design, plan and operate the business transformation of our customers from a change management perspective. That includes topics alike stakeholder management, communication strategy as well as change and trainings strategy.


The roles can be at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant levels. The roles are business-focused.

Depending on the seniority level the role operates across pre-sales, sales and includes delivery of the change management approach.


The roles are Europe-based (any country) and involve extensive travel, mostly in Europe but as required worldwide.


The roles on senior level require strong capability across business consulting, client engagement, deal-making, solution architecture (high level) and the ability to operate as part of a team to sell and deliver the fully detailed solution to the client.


Whilst the focus is on organizational change management, the roles also require an ability to think from the client’s business problem angle.


Job Requirements


- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant areas preferred

- Likely to have at least 2 years of experience in consulting activities, some of which should be in organizational change management

- Knowledge of state of the art change management approaches like ADKAR or similar

- International Mobility

- Fluent in English and ideally another European language especially German, Spanish or French

- Base Location: Flexible, likely to be close to a European city with an international airport.
