Within the IT Strategy & Transformation (ITS&T) practice, we are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant with expertise and experience in ServiceNow configuration and implementation. As a ServiceNow Consultant you will work in international assignments to support our customers with their ServiceNow implementation and improvement projects. Our customers are working on the automation of the IT delivery organization in order to enable the Digital Transformation of the business and ServiceNow is one of the leading solutions. This market development empowers Atos Consulting to extend our ServiceNow competence team. Next to project delivery we expect our Business Consultant to add value in our portfolio development, support in sales processes and keep their knowledge up to date with training.
We expect from the ServiceNow Consultant relevant experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementations. The ServiceNow consultant should be certified by ServiceNow. Next to the technical expertise we expect from our consultants a professional communication skills and an open attitude to align and cooperate cosely with our customers. The ServiceNow consultant should be capable to explain the ServiceNow possibilities in a simple and understandable way.
The role is Europe-based (any country) and involves extensive travel, mostly in Europe but as required worldwide.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant Business and IT area
- Likely to have 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow certification
- Mobile internationally
- Fluent in English and ideally another European language especially German, Spanish or French
- Location: Flexible, likely to be close to a European city with an international airport.
